BY MOUTH DOSAGE:

For those beginning taking Humic & Fulvic  Trace Minerals:

Begin with one teaspoon taken twice a day by mouth with or without Unchlorinated water.

WHEN: About a half hour to an hour before meals for optimum absorption.
